In this fun, interactive, engaging session, participants will have a blast while celebrating the power of improve and collaboration. While practicing communication, presentation resiliency, and change management skills, attendees will be learning the same concepts and tools professional improvisers do. Participants will walk away from this lively workshop having practiced and reflected with core concepts that focus on:
- Gaining and keeping confidence
- How to communicate effectively with their audience in any situation, while keeping the big picture in mind
- Growing and building strong, meaningful, and lasting relationships with teammates, clients, and stakeholders
- Successfully handling the unexpected with a refined set of skills based on observing, connecting and responding
- Reframing any situation as an opportunity for innovation, growth, and support
Come ready to laugh and learn valuable communication and relationship building tools in this fun and interactive workshop taught by 17-year professional improviser and teacher, Courtney Pong (CSz Boston). The ultimate goal is for all Women in NAAAP members and attendees to immerse in activities that empower them to take on challenges and opportunities that come with their unique role as API leaders and professionals. Get ready to elevate how you impact and lead, from pitching to presentations, and all of the unexpected in-between.
