Join the Women In NAAAP committee in partnership with National Grid for a panel discussion with industry leaders who have experience in Sales, Marketing and HR Transformation, Consulting, Performance Excellence and Transformation Analytics and about how to build your professional and personal brand. This panel will focus on best practices and tips on how to build your brand both online and offline throughout your career.

About the panelists:

Bryant Yee

Bryant leads the End-to-End (E2E) Process and Continuous Improvement in the US Gas Business Transformation Office at National Grid, and Advanced Analytics and Robotics Process Automation across the enterprise for all of US National Grid.

Bryant is an experienced change and continuous improvement leader with 20+ years of Big 4 Consulting and Fortune 500 professional experience. Bryant helps organizations zero in on customer value and continuously drive improvements towards further enhancing and realizing that value proposition.

Susu Wong

Susu Wong is the founder of Tomo360, a marketing agency based in Lowell, MA. Tomo360 is a Massachusetts certified minority and women-owned business enterprise and a PRF70 statewide vendor. Started in 2012, they are an experienced team marketing, business, and technology that utilize their expertise to help clients in digital marketing. She is a co-founder of Women Accelerators, a nonprofit organization founded in 2011 that is dedicated to helping women in early-stage careers with leadership coaching, mentoring, and educational seminars.

Rita Wang

Rita (She/Her/s) is a Managing Consultant at Peak Advisory Consulting. Rita is an innovative and data-driven HR Transformation Leader offering over 10 years of experience spearheading the design and delivery of impactful programs and experiences that help individuals, teams, and organizations realize their fullest potential. A history of drastically enhancing struggling programs by thoroughly assessing and identifying problem areas, gaining consensus, and motivating teams to execute strategy in a logical and efficient manner. Exceptional interpersonal skills, known to quickly build and deepen relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, partners, and vendor team.

Adrian Wong

Adrian Wong is a sales professional with a focus on go-to-market strategy, prospecting, and sales process. Prior, Adrian was both a reformed restaurateur and financial professional that has shaped outside the box problem solving that aligns with result-driven metrics. Currently, Adrian is an Account Executive at Brightcove consulting organizations around online video.

About the moderator:

Renee Lin ( NAAAP Boston Moderator)

Renee Lin is a Boston area AAPI entrepreneur and founded her healthcare industry staffing firm, Meduvi, in 2011. In 2020, Renee joined as the Director of Corporate Relations at NAAAP Boston where she leads the Corporate Relations team to drive impact between Massachusetts corporations and professionals, around AAPI leadership development and awareness around AAPI culture, history and advocacy. Renee has over 20 years of work experience in Business and Healthcare originally as an IT professional and later as a Talent Acquisition leader. Renee is also a speaker and moderator. Renee is currently serving as both the President of Meduvi and a Director at NAAAP Boston. Renee achieved a Bachelor's Degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Certificate from Cornell University in Diversity and Inclusion. Her company, Meduvi, is a certified MBE and WBE.
