The Human Resources Committee is committed to the growth of NAAAP leaders. We design leadership training materials and resources and also plan four leadership development opportunities including two operations meetings and two leadership retreats annually. In addition, we organize orientation and onboarding to welcome all new leaders. We are looking forward to creating more approaches to advance important leadership skills.
