There are only a few diverse minority business leaders. Why is that?

This workshop explores the double-bind of being a diverse minority leader. Often the stereotype of a minority group does not meet the traditional prototype of an effective business leader. Then when the diverse minority leaders act outside of their stereotype, they are viewed negatively.

This session will cover all the what's, why's and most importantly, the how's of overcoming these challenges as a diverse minority leader. It will also include a unique "Share and Solve" where attendees can share their own challenges to gain immediate expert AND peer guidance.
