NAAAP Boston Future Leaders Scholarship Award 2015

NAAAP Boston is proud to announce the winners of the 2015 NAAAP Boston Future Leaders Scholarship Award. We received over 70 applications and can truly say that this was a very difficult decision to narrow down all the talented candidates to the final 3 winners. Applicants were not only evaluated based on academic achievement, but also accomplishments in extracurricular activities, community service and their leadership skills as well as financial need.

In addition to meeting and exceeding this criteria, the scholarship committee also looked for candidates who displayed passion and commitment in expanding their leadership skills, community involvement and upholding the mission and vision and values of NAAAP Boston.

The scholarship recipients are as follows:

Eugine Szeto, Malden High School

Emily Luu, Mystic Valley Regional Charter School

Zeyu Zheng, John D. O’Bryant School of Math and Science

Each award recipient will receive a $5,000 scholarship for use towards college expenses.

Congratulations to our winners and thanks to every student who applied this year.
